I just came back from a trip and had one of the air conditioners in my house go out. I have used Taylor Air Conditioning for 40 years and they brought a new air conditioner. They worked 7:30 in the morning until after five. The three men were so gracious, cleaned up so well asked me if there’s anything else they can do. You taught me how to use the thermometer. I have never been so impressed with the Company and Customer Service! Taylor, you are simply the best! And my three young men were wonderful and working in my attic is a nightmare! Thank you so much! I appreciate so much having such a marvelous company that I can call!
I’m very happy with the service from Tylor Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Inc. They scheduled an appointment within a week and arrived as promised. The team reinstalled a mini-split system in my guest room, cleaned the AC lines, reconnected the equipment, and added refrigerant. We truly appreciate the quality of their work—the room is now perfectly cool! We’ll definitely be using them for all our AC maintenance going forward. Thank you for your help!
Taylor did a real nice job of explaining the reason for a new HVAC system. The installation was on time, smooth, and professional. The price was fair overall a very good experience. I’d give Taylor a call and ask for an appointment with Ben. He’s fantastic.
Taylor has serviced and repaired our AC unit in our vacation condo for years. They are friendly, dependable and best of all very fair on cost and pricing, and stick to their commitments which can be hard to find. I am thankful to have them.
We always get great service from the guys at Taylor. We have 2 units and Jerry did a thorough job doing our annual. Also found a gremlin that had been plaguing us!!!
