I have had an awesome experience working with Matt and the team at Tax Advantage in Jacksonville! From start to finish, the team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They make the entire process seamless and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to getting the best outcome. The staff is friendly and approachable, making what could be a daunting experience feel easy and manageable. I highly recommend Tax Advantage to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy tax services. They truly care about their clients, and it shows in their work.

Our family has been using this company for many years. Unfortunately, we won’t be continuing to patron it. The service fee is quite expensive given the rather poor communication (lengthy delays in email responses and follow-up calls). They also made a significant error on the joint filing form that ✨we✨ had to notify ✨them✨ about. We went from possibly owing thousands of dollars to actually receiving a refund. Even after paying their office, we still haven’t received the digital uploads of our completed tax filing documents. We live out-of-state and a family member of ours who isn’t in good health had to go out of her way to visit their office just to get them to acknowledge and explain what’s going on with our tax filing. A frustrating and disappointing experience. EDIT: Matt is a kind human and we appreciate his effort to make things right. We hope the experience other folks have with their services positively differs from ours. Give them a chance, if you feel good and confident in doing so.
