Tonya did sell my house in one day but it was a beautiful home and every single thing was ipdated, even a new fence in my backyard because I really had no intention to sell. I just hated the long drive evedyday to work. I had no time to even find a house so I was pressured into buying this tiny little house half the size of my other one. Tonya never told me I had a Home Warranty and as soon as I moved in this house my AC went out and I had to get a new dishwasher because it didn't work and if I had known I had a home warranty they would have paid most of that but I ended up the first month I was here paying almost $10,000 for a new AC and dishwasher. I had lived here about 3 or 4 months and I got a letter saying that my mortgage went up at $800 a month and I was devastated that she wouldn't even take the time to try and help me. I was devastated because my daughter had just passed away and I went into a bad depression because I didn't have the money pay that much more every month and also they wanted me to pay out of pocket over $10,000 for what I don't know because no one could seem to explain it to me. I did find two houses that I liked an said she's not supposed to do it but she'll put an offer on both of them well she didn't and she picked which one she put the offer on she didn't even give me the choice to pick so I had to back out of the one she chose for me which is almost unheard of but a realtor wouldn't ask me which one because I would have picked the other one that had a much nicer backyard and much bigger home. I drove by it later and behind that house there were all these nasty trailers so I backed out of the deal and of course the other house had already sold. I have never been the same person since because I hate this house that I live in because it is so small I can barely turn around. I never felt that Tanya had my best interest at heart therefore I am paying dearly for it now. I didn't get out of bed for months and months except to go to my daughter's funeral. I have been trying so hard to find a different home but I at least like because this one has CDD fees which I never wanted but I had to be out of my house so I didn't really have a choice. I thought Tanya really liked me but I guess not because all she cared about was making her money and that is really a shame. I would never use her again and I tell everybody I meet not to use her or her company.😭
Tanya was professional from day one until after closing. She helped with so many details with showings. Getting ready for repairs from inspection reports to details with closing. She got information from us for all services landscaping pool alarm etc. All codes what light switches did what to share with the new owners. So many small details that make her and her team the professionals they are.
