The folks at T&M were very pleasant! They were earlier than expected and handled my issue quickly. They were patient enough to explain what the issue was and what was required to fix it. I was so impressed with their service, I requested them for another project. Excellent service!!

T&M Electric provides excellent service at reasonable rates. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technicians did a thorough review of my concerns, and were able to completely resolve the issue in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend T&M Electric for all of your electric needs!

On the evening of Nov 29, 2024 my electric box started smoking, and I had to cut power to my home. It was the dead of winter and my family(kids and 74 year old mom) was without power for almost 72 hours. After calling several companies and having to pay huge fees just for an estimate(I did not have the money), I finally spoke with Ms. Tina L. at T&M. I was in tears, and she was so kind and compassionate — she even connected me with one of their technicians to try to help(Attached are pics that I sent via text for help troubleshooting). Although I ultimately received help from a family friend, I’ll never forget the empathy and genuine care shown by T&M’s staff during a really stressful time. It meant so much to be treated like a person, not just another call. Thank you for your compassion and for going above and beyond! ❤️

Great experience with T&M from first contact to see ice conclusion! Tom was terrific scheduling his team, ladies in office were very friendly with very good followup. Chris and Chase were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and resolved all my issues.overall and awesome experience and I highly recommend this company and team.
