A seamless, stress-free dental visit with exceptional care and efficiency. I had a fantastic experience at Tamaya Dental. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Communication was excellent—not just with me, but clearly among the entire staff, which made everything feel seamless and well-organized. The office is incredibly clean and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I also really appreciated that the team always asked for consent before doing anything and was very upfront about pricing, so there were no surprises. Their pricing felt fair for the level of care and service provided. Another huge plus was the short wait time—I was seen quickly without feeling rushed once I was in the chair. Even the X-rays were done right there in the chair, instead of having to move around the office like at other dental practices, which made the whole visit much more efficient and comfortable. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely positive experience. I couldn’t thank the whole team enough. Highly recommend!
This was, without question, the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I expected quality dental care, professionalism, and respect. Instead, I experienced what I felt was careless treatment, a complete lack of accountability, and an extremely unprofessional response when I raised legitimate concerns. To be fair, the front desk staff and the dental assistant were kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They treated me with professionalism and compassion, and I appreciate how they handled me as a patient. Unfortunately, my experience completely changed once I had to deal with Dr. Shankeertha Quinn and the office manager, Amisha. The dental work appeared rushed and sloppy. When I respectfully raised concerns about the quality of the treatment, Dr. Quinn refused to acknowledge my concerns or take responsibility. Instead of listening, examining the issue, or working toward a solution, I felt that she dismissed my concerns, blamed me, and made an already stressful situation even worse. The office manager, Amisha, did not attempt to resolve the issue fairly or objectively. As a representative of the practice, she chose to move forward based on the dentist’s account of the situation and ultimately presented me with a patient dismissal letter. What disappointed me most was not just the dental work—it was the complete lack of accountability. In my experience, this practice seemed more focused on protecting the dentist than on addressing a patient’s legitimate concerns. When a patient raises concerns about the care they received, the response should be to listen, investigate, and communicate professionally—not dismiss the patient and refuse to acknowledge the possibility that mistakes may have occurred. I was spoken to in a manner that I found rude, dismissive, and intimidating. Instead of feeling like a valued patient, I felt blamed simply for asking questions about my own treatment. No patient should ever be made to feel that way. To make matters worse, I was handed a patient dismissal letter instructing me not to return. After everything that had happened, I had already decided I would never return. The dismissal reinforced my impression that this practice preferred removing a dissatisfied patient rather than addressing the concerns that were raised. In my opinion, the way this situation was handled reflects poorly not only on Dr. Quinn and the office manager but also on the practice as a whole. A dental office should hold its providers accountable, value patient feedback, and resolve concerns professionally. That was not my experience. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience. Patients deserve competent care, respect, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and unheard.
I’ve always had a great experience going here for the past few years now. I go to Dr. Ledman and she is always friendly and happy to see me. Her and her staff do a great job of making each visit enjoyable. I’d recommend Tamaya and Dr. Ledman to anyone
Always a great experience at Tamaya Dental. The staff is always friendly and they genuinely care. They also take into account how you feel during services and really try to make you as comfortable as possible. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore thanks to them.
My favorite dentist I’ve ever been too or probably ever will go to. The staff- amazing. The place- cute. The vibes- professional AND fun. I mean they are the best. The work on my mouth has also been impeccable. Ive never been more comfortable with getting my teeth cleaned (both chair and mouth). 10/10 recommend ◡̈
