I had a new patient visit today at this office with Tamara Crowell PA. I couldn't be happier! Their staff is very friendly and welcoming, and Tamara was top notch! She listened to my issues and concerns, and made me feel like they were valid and that I mattered! I recommend her highly!
PA Crowell is a great provider! She really takes her time and listens to your concerns. She treats the patient not just the symptoms. And I feel she really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly, especially when it comes to specialty referrals. Thank you PA Crowell for all you do!
Tamara is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has always met my health needs professionally They are there to help and I've never been disappointed. You can feel the care and concern that the staff has.

Everyone here is great! From the time you walk in the front door, until the time you leave! From the lady that checks you in! To the nurse that takes your vitals! The doctor that is attending to you! To the lady that sets your next appointment! I look forward to coming every office visit! It is a pleasure to come to millennium healthcare facility here on main Street.
