Needless to say, I’ll be reluctant shopping at this location again. I’m usually willing to give people the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had similar experiences here before. If you call things you’ve purchased being thrown in your direction quality customer service, then this is exactly the right store for you. I typically don’t leave reviews because I often find they are not worth the time or energy. However I’ve had more than one negative experience at this location so I feel it’s fitting to leave a review. Both times I’ve been in this location I’ve had workers stare at me while I shop. Not in a way to check if I’m finding everything okay. In fact, no one has ever asked. They just kept watch on me in a way they did not seem to look at the other shoppers. During my last trip to this location, I had picked up a bracelet I wanted to purchase. I watched as the sales women greeted each person when they came in. They did not greet me. Then, when I went to check out at the register, there was a woman ahead of me whom the sales woman, Donna, greeted, conversed with, and wished her well as she left the store. When it was my turn to check out, that same sales women, Donna, did not greet me, would not make eye contact with me, and tossed my bag in my direction when she was done. She did not look at me when she handed me my receipt, and she did not wish me well. It was a complete night and day experience compared to the woman I’d just seen her check out. I don’t have anything against this company as a whole, but I would certainly caution people to stay away from this specific location. The sales women here are very rude and reticent, and quite frankly, I do not believe they were happy to see someone of my demographic in their store. It’s unfortunate, especially considering they have a sign located outside the front door saying they serve all walks of life, but the attitude of these specific workers certainly does not reflect the company’s ethics.

I shopping here with my wife and I do all of her corporate work clothes shopping g here as well. The staff always treat you well and are so very helpful especially at this location they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Love my Talbots.

Very nice store! The location is unusual, but I like it. It’s much better than trying to navigate your way through overpopulated malls. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful.

This place is fantastic! Beautiful and unique ladies' clothes with an even more excellent Lady (Ms. Laura) who does not leave you alone in a big store with many varieties! She approached me with a smile, and after some quick questions, she offered me the most beautiful clothes I’ve ever had! Let me tell you something: I am a mom who usually wears loose T-shirts and jeans! Not very fancy...😅 I've been to many good boutiques and some of them made themselves busy when they saw me! Maybe they couldn't see me as an actual customer! Sometimes, they passed me on to each other to give me a service! That wasn't nice!!! 😬 but I felt so comfortable in that very store with this friendly and professional lady! And, of course, I pin that store as a favorite one!
