My 80 your old father had an appointment with Dr. Talat Imam on August 20th at 10:45 a.m. I found out by my father that they had him waiting a very long time and then told him that she was too busy and had him to see her brother. The first time we tried to make an appointment with her she got sick or had an emergency so my father couldn't be seen and we had to see the brother. I'm not sure what's going on but I feel that my father did not receive the diligent care and customer service that I was accustomed to for over 20 years.
I had a perfect experience, no issues. No long wait, was in and out within the hour, everyone was pretty nice and gave me the help i needed when asked for. Dr. Talat was also very kind and made sure to get what i needed done, id recommend her or a doctor like her to anyone
I'm going for 25 years to dr.Talat Imam and I'm very satisfied with her passionate care❤ I would like to recommend her everyone❤🌹
Dr. Talat is an amazing doctor. She pays attention to details and doesn’t cut corners. She listens to your concerns and makes sure you get the care you need.
Dr Talat has been my primary care for a few years now, (3) approximately & the most consistent Dr I’ve had in my adult life. I see her regularly and each time she’s been able to provide comfort through peace of mind for me regarding my health concerns. I love that she is able to be frank with while maintaining an astute level of professionalism. In the past few years my health has really turned around for the positive. I’m down to an healthy weight and feel better than I ever have. I credit our frank discussions about my health and my daughter’s sake & my legacy to some of my motivation. Although she is part time/semi retired now, maybe not taking new clients but I wanted to make sure I took the time to give praise where it’s due. Thanks Dr. Your friend DL
