Dr. Bye is amazing! She is very kind and empathetic, and really creates a safe and welcoming environment. I would recommend to anyone, I’m super appreciative to have a practice in Jacksonville that treats patients so well. The office staff is amazing as well, and has been so helpful and communicative with scheduling. Would give 6 stars if I could!
I’ve heard such amazing things from my friends regarding Tailored Care and Monica herself that I had to go myself! Not to my surprise, everything I’ve heard via my friends was my exact experience! She was so caring & helpful the entire time; you can tell how much experience and knowledge she has and she’s willing to go into detail about everything- which always gives me assurance… She does not rush (which finding someone who does not rush and is patient with the my needs and questions is hard to find nowadays). The building itself was a beautiful environment and completely just elevated the already wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommend Tailored Care Solutions!

Great experience at Tailored Care. Monica provided great personalized treatment. She listened to what my concerns were and explained the treatment in a way that i could understand. It was very easy to make an appointment. Overall, pleasant experience and i will definetely recommend.
Dr Bye has been an instrumental part of my own transformation to living a healthy lifestyle. She is very knowledgeable in preventive and proactive healthcare, as well as primary care and aesthetics. She is attentive and puts her patients health and safety 1st amongst all else. I never have a problem getting an appointment with her.
