T Heart Nails and Spa

My first visit to this salon was on 01 May 2026, and I have to say my nail tech was super sweet and friendly. Although she had a very warm spirit, I don’t think I would return. Unfortunately, my white tips were either smeared or missing on the sides of several fingers. My pedicure turned out fabulous, but I was a little concerned regarding the cleanliness of the tools utilized. The times I’ve received pedicures at other locations, they normally open a new clean/disinfected pedicure set vs cleaning the tools with a clear substance before utilizing them on me. This same clear substance was also sprayed on my toes as well, so I’m convinced it was only water (can’t see them spraying a disinfectant solution on my feet). If you aren’t an over-thinker like myself, I say give then salon a try.

i’ve been going here for a while and never been disappointed but recently i have been. keep in mind these are supposed to be my bday nails. i had a lady i’ve never had before do my nails this time and the experience was rough. (she was kind and patient but seems like she don’t care to do good work) what should’ve been a simple in and out took 3 and half hours. the first hour was soaking my nails alone. i first asked for chrome clear nails and it didn’t turn out good. first they tried to say nothing was wrong with them and then they blamed it on products being old. they then convinced me to get cat eye which was fine it’s a cool idea to still get the shiny look i wanted. but as you can see in the pictures they applied the polish unevenly and made it look like my nails are already grown out. and to top it off they didn’t notice the bump on my thumb and every nail is shaped differently. they again blamed that product being old and sent me on my way anyways. it was very frustrating that they kept blaming the products age but wouldn’t do anything else about it. if that’s your excuse then they need to replace the product with new and stop using them on clients.

Great experience! Came in with my daughter they were all very friendly and welcoming. I recently got my nails done at m and j nails and this shop completely surpassed them on all aspects!
