I absolutely love the furniture from this store. We have several pieces in our home. The colors pop and brighten my mood when I walk by. But here’s the bonus. The managers deserve BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE CENTURY awards! We picked up a small, black side table more than a year ago. I didn’t notice until I got home that one of the drawers was crooked. I called the store and emailed. I was told when another one came in, they’d contact me. I figured I would never hear from them again. I know their shipments come from overseas, and who’d follow up anyway? But after a year they called me and brought me a perfect replacement!
Great customer service! Good prices! When having a passion for interior design in selling real estate, it’s always great to recommend a great local business. If you’re looking for anything for your home, stop by they have two locations one in Jacksonville and one in Saint Augustine. #whoyouchoosematters #bjsellsjax #travelwithbobbiejean
Great furniture selection. Helpful staff. You will be overwhelmed with all the amazing, unique selections.
The customer service was exceptional – he was friendly and super helpful in answering all my questions. Zach is amazing to work with and an amazing floral designer. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!
We had the pleasure of working with Chris at the Jacksonville location. Our daughter was purchasing her very first home, and the owner had a beautiful table that she wanted to purchase, but it was not for sale. She did a Google search and found a beautiful wood pie crust top dining room table at T Gregory imports. We contacted Chris and he was so wonderful to work with. He took pictures of the table gave us the measurements and the weight and we set up arrangements to have it shipped to Michigan. The table arrived, it is even more beautiful in person! The quality is magnificent! We will cherish it for many years to come and make many memories gathered together around this beautiful handcrafted work of art! We would like to thank Chris for his attention to detail, and for being so wonderful to work with! We would highly recommend this company they are reputable, and the quality of their furniture products are outstanding! If we ever come to Jacksonville Florida, we will definitely stop by your store to say hello and do some more shopping! If you’re looking for superior quality furniture then look no further than TJ, imports! It’s number one! A big thank you from the Marinos family from Marine city, Michigan
