Rachel is genuinely one of the most non-judgmental therapists I have ever had. She takes the time to get to know all about you when first meeting and makes sure to listen first always. If you're looking for someone you can trust who will make you feel comfortable and make you feel understood then Rachel is the therapist for you!
I’ve been seeing Rachel for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a transformative experience. From our very first session, she has created a safe, nonjudgmental space where I felt truly heard and understood. She has a warm, empathetic approach combined with deep clinical knowledge, which made it easier for me to open up and work through issues I had carried for years! She helped me develop healthier coping mechanisms, challenged my negative thought patterns, and through that I gained greater clarity and self-compassion. What stands out most is how genuinely invested Rachel is in my progress. I never felt like “just another client.” She would tailor each session to meet me where I am emotionally, while still encouraging growth and accountability. If you're looking for a therapist who is skilled, compassionate, and deeply committed to helping you heal and grow, I highly recommend Rachel. I never write reviews but seriously she deserved all the words.
As someone who has seen a few counselors and therapists before, I can say that Rachel has been my absolute favorite. Not only is she great at what she does, but you can tell she puts in a lot of effort to curate a cute, safe, and relaxing environment. If you’re considering seeing someone- this is your sign that your looking in the right place.
Rachel is absolutely the most amazing therapist I have ever met. After numerous attempts to find a good therapist, I have finally found someone who listens and cares. The advice she gives is not only thoughtful, but eye opening, and doesn’t sound like cliche answers you’ll hear from any other therapist. Rachel clearly goes above and beyond for her patients. I highly recommend her above any other therapist in Jacksonville. You will not be disappointed.
I had put off getting help for years. I wasn’t sure if counseling/therapy was right for me, but it was one of the best decisions I have made thus far. My therapist, Rachel, was a great listener, very understanding, relate-able and recommended tools relevant to my situation. I highly recommend her and counseling for anyone struggling through life’s difficult stages. Rachel is kind, constructive, works with my schedule, and it's super professional. 10/10
