Excellent, amazing, professional, knowledgeable, committed, friendly, and helpful are just some of the words i would use to describe my experience working with Sydney Ragusa and Megan Hughey. Selling a 2 year old house in a slow buyer's market was a challenge in itsself, however they kept grinding until they found a wondeful family that loved the house as much as my family. I cannot thank them enough for how easy they made this process for my family, after my husband passing. I highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Sydney & Megan sold our house in two weeks with a cash deal! They are amazing at what they do! ♥️ We appreciate them and would use them again & again! ♥️ Thank you so much! ♥️
I had an amazing experience working with Sydney. As a first time home buyer the process seemed overwhelming. But she was incredibly knowledgeable and was available anytime I had questions. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!
We had a great experience working Sydney. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
Sydney is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and a great resource for anyone buying or selling in the greater Jacksonville/ Saint Augustine area.
