Favorite bakery shop! Highly recommend arriving right at opening for a shorter line and more options! Tons of Vegan options , cupcakes, donuts, (massive) they have hot breakfast sandwich’s and ice cream as well. Love the antique decor. Still my favorite place to this day! Love the service will be back soon!
I’ve been ordering birthday cakes for my husband and me from here for years, and they are absolutely amazing! I’m allergic to gluten and dairy, which makes finding delicious desserts a challenge. I always get a lemon cake with strawberry icing and my husband usually gets one of the speciality cakes. They have all been delicious and it’s hard to believe they are gluten and dairy free. We hosted a celebration with many people who do not have allergies and they all were amazed and thought it was one of the best cakes they had ever had! We are also obsessed with the lemon loafs!
Very impressed with STB Co. Excellent products. High quality ingredients, which adds to deliciousness. Very conscientious of allergens and cross contamination, they don’t even put g/f items in same case as gluten items. Impressively friendly and professional staff and willingness to help. 9.4/10 would recommend and would go out of my way to go back.
Cute little bakery full of rich decadent sweets, tucked away on King St and almost unassuming. I was greeted by very friendly staff who walked me through their selection and I finally decided on a Lavender Brownie Cupcake. Good lord It was just too dang good, it was moist and not overly sweet, the frosting was smooth and rich and the flavor was impeccable. Whenever I get a heavy sweet tooth I’ll be coming back for more. What a gem!
This place was an accidental find and I can't wait to go back. We're not gluten free but my toddler picked a gluten free raspberry chocolate cupcake and raved the whole ride home about how good it was. She dripped her frosting and still ate the rest of the cake part without it. I had a raspberry jasmine I want to say twist. My GOSH! I've eaten a lot of donuts in my life. NONE were better than this. It was a prefect crispy on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside delicious bite. The frosting so perfectly sweetened without over doing it. It was sooo good. I will be back just for the donut
