Suzy Evans, Christie's International Real Estate

Firstly, our son & daughter-n-law recommended Suzy Evans, after their recent sale & purchase. So we felt good about her from the start. Suzy is a professional who knows her business. When we discussed our goals, she listened. We found our dream home in less than a day, only because Suzy did an excellent job of filtering out the less than acceptable. She is pleasant to work with, engaging and dedicated to finding you the right home. In short, I was confident Suzy had our best interest at heart. She handled some unusual municipal considerations that other realtors might have waved off. She kept everyone, every agency & every Dept. involved on task, to complete the purchase on schedule. Her consul and advice was timely and accurate. We never felt overwhelmed, and we never felt pressured either. We highly recommend Suzy Evans as a Professional realtor.

I had an outstanding experience working with Suzy, my Realtor. From the moment I contacted her, Suzy's professionalism and dedication were evident. She truly went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that every property she showed me was a perfect fit. Suzy's deep knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and expert negotiation skills were invaluable throughout the buying process. Thanks to Suzy, we found our dream home and couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for a realtor who is committed to your success and provides top-notch service, I wholeheartedly recommend Suzy.

Suzy was the listing agent and our buying agent for the home we purchased. She was amazing at balancing the needs of the sellers as well as ours as the buyers. She was unbelievably fast in handling and resolving every issue that came up from the signing of the purchase agreement through the closing of the sale. My wife and myself have never had a better real estate professional in all the homes we have purchased in our lives of 70 plus years. We cannot thank Suzy enough for her work.

If I could give Suzy more than 5 stars I would. I was originally referred to her by my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with her as my realtor. From day one my wife and I knew we were in good hands with Suzy. She had a robust understanding of the current market and always acted in our best interest. What my wife and I appreciated most was her constant, and always open line of communication as well as her open and honest communication with advising us on our best way forward. When we move back to the North Florida area we will 100% be utilizing her services again!
