Susan is amazing!! Having past experience working at IRS she knows that system well and has saved me a lot of money I would never have been able to. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and a joy to work with! As a bonus you have Melisa at the front desk, equally as terrific!
We have used Susan for over 10 years as our CPA. She is extremely knowledgeable about tax law and does not cut corners that will lead you to be penaltized in the future. I also uses her to set up a Anesthesia pLLC and she even corrected a major error I made setting up a 401k for my company. She is like family..We recommend her without reservation.
Susan and her staff are top notch. Our tax situation was very challenging and Susan did an outstanding job in helping us through this difficult tax year. I highly Recommend them.
Could not be happier with Susan Hess‘s entire team! Their attention to detail and responsiveness are so appreciated. Their annual tax event Is educational And fun! (And how in the world can taxes be fun?! Somehow Susan makes that happen - supplemented by interludes featuring a marching Mardi Gras jazz band no less!!)
Working with Susan Carter, CPA, P.A., is truly a five-star experience. She prepares and files your taxes promptly, ensuring everything is submitted to the IRS by the end of tax season. What sets Susan apart is the personal attention she gives each client—taking time to explain your situation, help you plan for the future, and recommend the best strategies to achieve your financial goals. Her staff is also exceptional; they are welcoming and flexible, making it easy to schedule appointments and simplifying the entire tax process. I am grateful to Susan and her team for their outstanding support and dedication.
