My family and I stayed here for the weekend and we had a blast. Gave off a real beach vibe throughout the home, It was warm and cozy. It was super nice being able to walk out the back door right down to the beach. While also being in distance of downtown St. Augustine, we got the best of both worlds! The Solano family made us feel right at home, Kim Solano had great communication throughout the whole process of booking to leaving. She certainly made us feel welcomed. If you’re looking for a cozy spot on the beach for the weekend and also wanting to visit downtown, this is the perfect place!
Such a fun cottage to stay in at Saint Augustine! The location was close to everything. Would highly recommend.
We went on the beach here. Well, what was left of it... The tide was finally going out but there was only about five feet of beach! The waters were really choppy too. Still! It was a beautiful day and the sand was soft to sit in. Good cold showers to rinse off at and picnic tables too!
4 star just because with 5 stars one may be expected to see a very nice interior but it's standard. The best part is it's on the beach, great location for downtown lurking and all around cool spot to stay.
The apartments all have galvanized plumbing pipes that are collapsing . So dont drink the water. And lets not forget the dusk nightly termite swarms. That you would have the kill to stay in the apartment. It was so many that the white window sills were black. Don't put valuables in your rooms the roofs leak.
