Surf And Skate Surf Shop Jax Beach

Nice little surf-n- skate shop that had a deck decal that I haven't seen since I was 16 years old back in '93! It's always nice to see a real surf shop still in existence! Sure they have some of the touristy stuff, but they also have gear for practically all boards as-well-as a sweet selection of new boards, tons of nice beach necessities like hats & sunscreen & sunglasses and killer T-shirts. I will certainly be back soon because I like to support my local skate shop!

We stopped in here to look at their selection of beach wear and other souvenirs. There is lots to choose from. The prices and quality are good. The colors of the clothing were tasteful. My daughter tried on an outfit but it didnt fit right so she didn't buy it. The owner was nice and helpful. He apparently owns the other two stores that we went to and purchased merchandise from. This store was well-maintained, tidy and clean. We would return in the future.

Gary (the owner) and Tyler (his son), were absolutely awesome!! Gary was so patient and took his time with my 10 year old to give him a few quick lessons - he literally helped him change his mongo stance to normal in about 15 minutes. Ridge was so proud of himself!! Tyler completely connected with Ridge from the get go!! Together they picked out the perfect board!!! What an amazing 10th B'Day!!!
