Superior Real Estate Services

Renting from superior real estate services has been a wonderful experience. If anything came up, they were here within a day. They Are wonderful to work with and listen to what you have to say. Would definitely rent from them again.

Thank you Samual Hale (aka Sammy) for helping us find our Forever home. We love St. Augustine and appreciate all your hard work. Thank you to your staff for answering all our questions and helping through this process. We highly recommend Superior Real Estate! Sherry and Dennis Dease

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Superior Real Estate Services and Sammy Hale. Their property management has been top notch, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about both owners and tenants. Sammy and his team handle every detail efficiently, from maintenance to tenant communication, and they’re always quick to resolve issues with honesty and transparency. It’s rare to find a management company that combines local expertise with this level of personal service. I highly recommend Superior Real Estate and Sammy Hale to anyone looking for dependable, knowledgeable property management in St. Augustine.

I am sharing this review for Billy who is a fantastic repairman. He is proactive and gets jobs done in a timely manner being incredibly considerate of tenants and their needs. He doesn't brush things off but finds a solution! If you have a problem ask for Billy!
