Sunstate RV and Marine, Inc.

Sunstate RV and Marine is a great low pressure dealership with unbeatable deals on RV's. Please note that this is NOT a high end high pressure dealership selling new units. You get what you are paying for and at these prices, you will likely need to put more money into the unit once you get it home. That said, Tammy is a gem and will try to be as honest with you as she can about your unit. She knows what she is doing and works hard to ensure you have everything you need. On the day of pick up, her entire team is available to take care of any last minute issues, making the transfer easy. Thank you Tammy, We love our 2018 Forest River Georgetown!

Deceptive and Disappointing: A Dishonest RV Experience I recently had a highly disappointing experience at an RV place that left me feeling deceived and frustrated. After calling ahead to inquire about the condition of an RV, I was assured that it was in good shape with no issues. However, upon arriving from Virginia, it became apparent that this information was far from the truth. First and foremost, the RV was in rough shape, requiring significant work that was not disclosed beforehand. The slide mechanism was malfunctioning, making it impossible to retract, which severely impacted our ability to enjoy the full space of the vehicle. Additionally, the engine was unable to exceed 50 mph, effectively limiting our travel options and forcing us to endure a slow and inconvenient journey. What aggravated the situation further was the attitude and behavior of the lady working at the front desk. Not only was she rude, but she also demonstrated a blatant disregard for honesty. It became evident that the information she provided over the phone was intentionally misleading, with the sole purpose of luring customers into their establishment. The fact that the RV place failed to disclose these significant issues and mislead us with false assurances is both unethical and unprofessional. As customers, we rely on the honesty and integrity of businesses to make informed decisions. Unfortunately, this RV place fell woefully short in fulfilling this basic expectation. Such deceptive practices undermine the trust and confidence of customers, tarnishing the reputation of the RV industry as a whole. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize transparency and truthfulness, ensuring that customers are fully aware of any potential problems or necessary repairs before making a purchase or renting an RV. Overall, my experience with this RV place was extremely disheartening. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments. It is my hope that they recognize the importance of integrity in business dealings and take necessary steps to rectify their dishonest practices.

This place is awesome. The best prices by far in Florida!! Tammy is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner Tim is down to earth type of guy who will accommodate your needs and wants. And their cleaning crew did a amazing job cleaning up our unit. Must see place if you are looking for a RV.

Had a great experience buying from Sunstate RV and Tammy. In and out super fast and did exactly what was promised. Will buy from again.
