I'd really appreciate it if you would stop all the spam calls. I've never done business with you before, never inquired nor do I ever wish to. So stop with the UNSOLICITED CALLS. Every time you continue to call will result in me filing another report with the FTC against your company. Maybe they will fine you. Maybe they won't and maybe you'll get the picture that no one appreciates your unsolicited home buy offers so cut it out already.
This was the Best company to sell my house to. They are very nice and helpful and they gave me the best offer on buying my place. I would recommend recommend them to anyone that is selling g their home . Thank to everyone that was involved. Thank to Chris especially.God Bless you. Sherri Reed .
My experience with Sunshine Venture Group involved a very complicated Life Estate, it took them a lot of extra work and time to complete the deal, but Chris at Sunshine Venture Group never gave up, even though it would have been easier to drop my deal for a less complicated one. The good news is that the property did close and I have the freedom to move on to my next adventure. Thank you Chris (Sunshine Venture Group) for seeing this deal through.
This team was my go to to sell our property to, they went above and beyond to get our process going and kept us up to date on how things were going. Definitely recommend
They are always positive! Their attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience of working with them amazing!
