Sunshine State Professional Services Inc.

Sunshine Construction did an excellent job on my home. John was always responsive, easy to communicate with, and available whenever I had questions. I’m very happy with the final result. Highly recommend!

I can’t believe this is our expanded home. Great job by the team and helping to bring my vision to life. The hard work, expertise and craftsmanship was exceptional. John and his team are truly caring and amazing.

Sunshine State exceeded my expectations. Took a little longer than I wanted but the end result was worth the wait. I’m quite the perfectionist with design and how I wanted things to be done but John and his team took every challenging goal head on and made it happen while giving advice on why some things shouldn’t be done or a better way to do them along the way. From my custom wood doors and going through numerous stain options to make sure I got the perfect color, to my tedious organic clay shower tile, or the number of times I changed my mind on things, they were always patient and made it look exactly how I imagined it. I really enjoyed working with this company. Every worker sent was kind, respectful and trustworthy. John truly cares and takes pride in his work and has a great eye for design. I’m blown away by the transformation of my home project and so thankful I found Sunshine State to do the job!!! Thank you John for caring!

We recently purchased a modern farmhouse, and from the moment we first saw it, we fell in love with its exterior. The architecture and curb appeal were absolutely beautiful — clean lines, charming farmhouse details, and a welcoming presence that immediately caught our attention. However, once inside, we realized the interior didn’t quite match the warmth and character the outside promised. While the home was well built, it felt a bit lacking in charm and personality. It needed that special touch that transforms a house into a place that truly feels like home. With the help of a talented designer, we were connected with a wonderful contractor who understood exactly what we were hoping to create. Together, they helped bring warmth and soul into the space — giving it that “arm-around-you” feeling of comfort and nostalgia. Now the home feels inviting, cozy, and full of heart — the kind of place you look forward to coming back to at the end of the day. It has the feeling of a peaceful retreat, almost like being on a vacation away from a vacation, where family and friends instantly feel welcomed and relaxed. We’re incredibly grateful for the vision and craftsmanship that helped turn a beautiful house into a truly loving home.
