I was disappointed with how my divorce case was managed, particularly the divorce petition. In my experience, Ms. Katherine McLauren did not demonstrate the expertise or proactive approach necessary for a high-conflict divorce involving minor children. Communication was limited, case progress was slow, and billing often emphasized routine correspondence rather than substantive work. Anyone facing a complex or high-conflict family law matter should carefully consider whether this attorney is the right fit for their needs.
I originally met Heather in the courtroom while there for a similar reason. At the time I had no attorney representation. After seeing how hard she works in the field I asked for a card after all said and done. 6 months later I needed an attorney for a divorce and she made the process smooth, quick and stress free.
