Sunshine Foundation Repair

Very happy with the work that was performed! This is an older house that had some setting issues, but with the SmartJacks and new dehumidifier, everything’s good to go. Garret was able to answer all my questions on the quote. Miguel and the install crew were very polite and professional. They kept me informed the whole time they were on-site. Highly recommended!

Salesman (Justin) presented an on-time solution to my drainage problems with a fair and reasonable price. The crew (Miguel, Eddy, and John) showed-up on time ready to work and stayed with the job until complete. Professional, thorough, courteous throughout. Drain installation and clean-up were meticulous. Well done and thanks!

One side of my patio had a couple large cracks and the end had sunken into the ground. Shane arrived to level and repair. He went over the process and got to work. He was able to lift that side of the patio about 4" to bring it back in line with post pad and stabilized the rest of the patio. Shane did a great job and I am very pleased with the result.

GREAT. GREAT!!! Dalton and his team were professional, efficient, hard working and considerate of me and property. Always cleaning up, closing gate properly after each day. Etc I don’t think they ever took breaks! As foreman, Dalton was extremely well organized, very efficient knowledgeable and very personable. Both Max and Austin were also very proficient and personable. At the beginning I was wary of this project—would they close the gate properly, would they respect my yard, Clean up afterwards, etc but, with Dalton in charge my concerns were quickly erased He absolutely deserves a raise!!!
