Sunrise Construction & Maintenance

Igor remodeled my entire kitchen from start to finish, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very first meeting, he was professional, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. He showed up on time every single day, communicated clearly throughout the process, and stayed on schedule — which is rare in remodeling. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Even when unexpected items came up, Igor went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right without constantly nickel-and-diming for every small change. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about the homeowner’s experience. The workmanship speaks for itself — clean, precise, and well thought out. Cabinets, layout, finishes, and details were all handled professionally, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Igor kept the work area clean, respected my home, and made the entire remodel as stress-free as possible. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with a full kitchen remodel — someone who is reliable, fair, punctual, and truly professional — I highly recommend Igor. I would not hesitate to hire him again and would confidently recommend him to friends and family.

We are very happy with the results of our project by Igor. He was professional and knowledgeable. The project was completed without any issues. We had a repair and partial rebuild on a water heater closet located outside and attached to the house. Replaced water heater as well. It turned out great. Thank you again. We will be sure to use sunrise construction again.

I cannot say enough good things about Igor and his company Sunrise Construction. He is always on time for his appointment, when he has finished the project he has is own vacuum to clean up. He installed under cabinet lighting in my newly remodeled kitchen. He is work is impeccable. I truly appreciate his work ethic! And you will also!
