SUNDOWNER RV SERVICE & TRANSPORT

I called their office on 730 PM after a storm had knocked out power to the park and caused issues with my Allegro Red power. They were out within 30 minutes and did a thorough just evaluating the issue. In another 30 Minutes it was resolved and back on, could not have been happier with their response both in the field and the office. After hours rates were very reasonable. Hopefully I won’t need another emergency callout but if I do I will not call anyone else. Great job!

My AC went out in my RV when it was like 105 in Florida. I called and the secretary Stephanie said it would be a few days before they could come out and I told her it’s so hot she put me on hold came back and said the technician will be out there shortly. Mark diagnosed my problem and said. Our AC was under warranty and he would take care of everything for us. When the new AC arrived he can out and installed it. They are very friendly and polite and gets the job done in a timely manner. He also gave me some advice on some things I could do myself to save me money. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again,
