This company is not dependable at all! This company is a recommendation from Lazy Boy to fix their product. They charge double what other companies charge. I started emailing this company on Oct. 6th since you can't get through and talk to a person. They are very slow to get back with you. They would have to look for my file, is what I was told. Why, just come and fix our sofa. I sent them the info and then days later I got an email saying the owner is having sciatica problems and what day could they come out. I told them Oct. 24th. I never heard back from them. I stopped by Lazy Boy told them what happened and how undependable these people are and they gave my the name and number of another company who came out and replaced the part on our sofa which is the same part that Suncoast replaced a year and a half ago for half the price. No wonder this company has such low Google reviews.
I brought my laz y boy chair in two months ago for repair and was told they; would have to order a part. I have never received another call. I also called Laz Y Boy and they said it was in their computer as being repaird and they would have Suncoast call me, I have never received that call. Bad business, I hate this chair, it is too noisey
Have a chair under protection plan with Lay z boy, the claim uses Suncoast repair. Man came to my house, and told me it would “take time”. It has been almost a month and I have not heard anything back from them. Have left several messages and NO CALL BACK. Very frustrated.
Knowledgeable craftsman. Has many parts in stock. Turnaround time was 2 days. Hard to find. Located behind Kingsley Ave. Lowes.
