I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the phone call I received immediately after submitting our subcontractor request. While I understand if you are not seeking new subcontractors at this time, the remarks made during the call were highly unprofessional. Disparaging our company by claiming that we cannot be skilled because we handle multiple trades—without any knowledge of our team, our work, or our history—was entirely unwarranted. As professionals, we expected a respectful response, even if it was a simple rejection. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration regarding how you communicate with potential partners in the future.
Nails in drain pipes, unsealed air ducts, improperly installed vent ducts, painted and textured dampers, widespread water damage and mold, sliced wires in boxes, knocking pipes. Hundreds of instances of each of these issues per property.
This is the company my husband works for. They take very good care of their employees & their projects always turn out phenomenal.
I was never able to reach anyone. I would like very much to apply to the property I visited in Jax Beach. If anyone is there they can answer any questions please message me.
