Had a great experience with Suddath Moving & Storage, but specifically d river Enoch jr and Enoch sr, Jaylen. The team packed for our PCS and household items with a lot of care and attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do—they treated our belongings like their own. Professional, respectful, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend.

What a stress-free and seamless process with Suddath. Specifically, Chris Uribe, the driver and his crew. Professionals that have your best interests as their priority. Easy to work with, communicable, and detailed. They prioritized the protection and safe keeping of all our belongings and the house. Most importantly, Chris was genuine and transparent through the entire process. Highly recommend this guy for anyone looking to have maximum peace of mind during a very stressful process. What a relief. Well done.

Enoch and his team were amazing! They were quick and efficient and made sure to ask questions along the way about what things were being packed if they weren't sure. Took them only 2 days to pack up our house and no mess left behind! Military family that has moved quite a few times over the past 20 years and they were definitely one of the best crews we have worked with.

This is by far the WORST moving experience I have ever had especially for the price. Our moving coordinator, YANA, completely failed to do her job and ensure that the moving company packed and crated a very valuable and sentimental plaque, military plaque, mind you. She called and asked over the phone with both my fiance and me and verbally agreed she would annotate it for out pick up crew to come and get. We had to wait 2 whole weeks to even receive our belongings. Upon unpacking, my sentimental plaque was broken after it had been shoved in a box and not crated like YANA reassured me it would be. After calling YANA she was aware and confirmed that I did tell her. However now that I had to make a claim for reimbursement, the claims manager tells me YANA had no recollection of me telling her this. So not only did she neglect to do her job, she later lied and said I basically never told her that. This piece was handcrafted with clay, modeled beautifully, and took a long time to have done. My sentimental piece is now forever ruined with no fixing it and the company would not give me what I asked for because lone behold, they found a "loophole", that since it was not written down, and there is no evidence of it being stated over the phone, they cant give me what I asked for. Terrible company and an absolutely horrible lying moving coordinator, YANA. Do not trust this company to genuinely take care of your belongings and do not trust YANA to do her job even if she verbally tells you she will take care of something.
