Suddath Moving & Storage

The entire team--from the estimate, planning & coordination, packing, and delivery--were skilled and professional. Not only were their prices very competitive, the Suddath team gave us something even more valuable: peace of mind. They WILL protect your belongings and if something goes wrong, they WILL make it right. Melissa was a pleasure to work with in preparing the estimate and working with us to revise the estimate as we planned our move!

Our Army household goods were packed on June 18, and today is our Required Delivery Date. We still have no household goods and no delivery date. We’ve already moved into our new home and are living without beds, furniture, cookware, and other essentials. The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication. We have repeatedly tried to get updates and have received little to no useful information. No family should be left wondering where all of their belongings are with no timeline for delivery. I will update this review if the company resolves the situation promptly, but at this point I cannot recommend this experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Suddath from start to finish! Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. The team was professional, punctual, and well organized. The crew handled our belongings with care and worked efficiently throughout the packing, loading, and delivery process. Scheduling was easy and convenient with the Relocation Consultant, and they were accommodating when we needed to change our moving date. The Relocation Coordinator stayed in contact, checking in while the crew was onsite to ensure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend Suddath to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and stress-free moving experience!
