I just bought a beautiful 2015 RAV4 from this dealership. It’s my first major car purchase, and out of the 47 dealerships I contacted and visited, this was by far the best experience. Not only did they have a great selection, but Malak was the absolute coolest to work with. She’s friendly and actually listens to what you want, and understands that it’s a big purchase to make. She and Mark (sales manager) made this such a fun process and helped me get everything I wanted. 10/10 would work with them again.
Had a great experience selling my car to Subaru of Jacksonville. I worked with Justin and Christian over in the buying center and they were great to work with! Both were super friendly, knowledgable, and flexible with our needs. Offered me a great price and made the paperwork process simple. If you're looking to sell your car, make this the first stop.
Christian and Mike were both very friendly and accommodating when buying my Jeep Wrangler. Offered me more than I thought I could get for it, made the process simple, and even gave me a ride home afterwards. If you’re selling a vehicle, make this your first stop.
I bought a 2023 GMC Yukon from them and Braidon was very knowledgeable coming from a Cadillac dealership and made sure we had no questions unanswered. His manager was pushy and aggressive though which almost made us walk away. The finance department is slow in getting us the title but was very quick to issue another temporary tag. I would recommend this dealership, especially if you already know which car you want!
Great selection of certified Subarus and other brands! Miss Malak was helpful and attentive, i left with a full tank of gas and a couple free oil changes. 10/10
