People love this place for the Philly cheesesteak and I really don’t know why. I think the steak in The Philly tasted OK, but lacked cheese and was surprisingly sweet. The bread was super soft and I really prefer there to be more of a crunch. There’s definitely better cheesesteaks in Jax in my opinion. I’m just going to have to pass even though it’s a very affordable sandwich. I also tried the French Fries which were good and crust and do recommend.
I just ordered this through DoorDash cause I got pretty hungry. I ordered the Philly and absolutely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I used to hit up my local spot blue boys however they closed down that location and this is definitely gonna be my ride or die sandwich shop now the flavor was amazing. It tasted real good quality everything I wanted in the sandwich. I absolutely recommend this sandwich Shopped to anyone at everyone, even if you’re not a sandwich person like me.
Never disappoints. Best phillys in Jacksonville hands down. Seasoned to perfection. Onions perfectly caramelized. And the honey teriyaki on the chicken philly really takes it to the next level. The atmosphere is welcoming the owner is incredibly nice service overall is always great. If you’re looking for a great local lunch spot I highly suggest you check them out.
Awesome awesome awesome. Absolutely hooked on these sandwiches. I can’t believe it took me so long to stop. If you’re looking to stop definitely park in the parking lot next to the shop and walk over. We ordered in advance which I also recommend if you’re stopping here for lunch during work. Such good food, it makes me miss my home town.
Omg I tried sub cultured for the first time today and when I tell you it was absolutely amazing, it was just that. Delicious! I DoorDash here all the time and never had it, so I had to try it for myself. Very satisfied! I got the hitman, the Philly and an order of fries it was great.
