Look, I know what you’re thinking: *“It’s a Studio 6 (the artist formerly known as Motel 6), what did you expect, the Ritz?”* Trust me, my expectations were already on the floor, but somehow this place managed to find a shovel. Let's start with the "amenities." The towels possessed a certain patina that made it impossible to tell if they were actively dirty or just exhausted from a long, tragic life. Either way, they need an exorcism or a trash can. If those were actually clean, the corporate office desperately needs to invest in a thread count higher than medical gauze. Moving inside, the hallway carpets looked like they were harboring their own ecosystems, but that was nothing compared to the staircase. The stairs smelled like a biological weapon—though to be fair, that’s entirely logical considering management decided the stairwell was the premier location for the property's garbage cans. Thinking of checking in late? Good luck. The front desk apparently operates on a "guess if we're here" schedule and vanishes after a certain hour. Meanwhile, the exterior landscaping looks like it's being managed by Mother Nature in the middle of a existential crisis. You get what you pay for, sure, but I didn't think I was paying to audition for a survival reality show.

Terrible communication on their end (props to the lady at the desk for trying to help) but My fiance made a reservation for 8 days for me him and our 1 year old son now mind you we called ahead of time to ask for the room to be reserved as we would be late checking in AND THEY TOLD US "your room will be held till midnight as long as you show before midnight your room should be held." we showed up at 10:37pm only for the lady at the desk to say we're out of rooms! This place is not good at communicating with their staff or their customers we will not be booking again

This hotel was the cheapest in the area so i wasn’t expecting much but it was bad. No key card was provided for the room and you had to have staff meet you at the room to unlock your door. was charged double for the room and never refunded, half was supposed to be a security deposit. Also no coffee or breakfast provided. Just spend the extra money to stay at a better hotel.

This was a horrible experience. Room was dirty, unclean, many things were missing and/or broken. The deposit was $70.00 dollars. And the staff was going to keep part of the deposit for fees. NOPE not going to happen. It would be nice if Motel 6 would fix things, to make it more inviting. No ice machine, phone broke, TV missing cable box. Several cabinet doors broken off the hinges. Bed bugs were the least of our worries. WE DID ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM, WAS TOLD THERE WAS NONE AVAILABLE. (Even though we saw several people checking in, after we were told that their were no rooms available.)
