Studio 6 Extended Stay - Jacksonville, FL - South

If I could give zero stores I would. The staff is nasty. With the exception of the afternoon evening lady. The location is disgustingly dirty outside and also inside there are cockroaches everywhere. In the building that we stayed in there was no hot water for the entire time that we stayed there. They told us they were aware of it and it probably wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. They were holes in the walls we told them that and they said okay so what. The only way to fix this place is to start over from scratch.

When we called to make a reservation, the front desk said if we left a good review they would deduct $20 of 40 for an early check in fee, but when I got there, there were vagrants living in parking lot. The whole place seemed kind of sketchy .I did not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot as I am moving and all of my belongings were in there. I called and tried to cancel my reservation they would not allow me to without charging me for the room despite the fact that we had not checked in yet. The website says you can cancel without penalty and the main number said the front desk would not charge me. The front desk (owners?) said they charge cards at midnight and that I had to pay anyway. So, I called my bank, asked for them to send me a new debit card and I left. I would give zero stars if I could. Sorry.

Roaches, people hang out all night in the hallways, maids don't clean the rooms like they should, stuff on the walls in the room I was in, elevator hasn't worked in a year, paint peeling off the walls, cabinets hanging by a screw, mold, and going up on prices every week but nothing is being done. Not worth the price. They need to shut it down and fix it up. So now I'm in a much nicer hotel in the neighborhood. The pictures that they are showing on the website are not the pictures of the actual rooms of this motel.

Where do I start. My first room 150 floor was so dirty my feet were black and invested with roaches. I moved to 161 . My door could be opened by anyone because management uses crowbar to open doors. 111 i have pictures for. The bathroom had a pipeline leak and bubble forming on ceiling in shower. Mold building. It burst after a week. I showed them. And after a week of it bursting I was moved and the next day I come home from work and door key didn't work. They threatened me with police and stole my money. I was paid up for a week. I didn't cause trouble. The new general manager and employees are crooked. They blamed me for to save their behinds in the room and kicked me out. For no reason. I will be getting a building inspector and health over there and filing a lawsuit. Do not go here. How can i post pictures
