Studio 210

I absolutely love Studio 210. I get my hair cut and colored here and they are amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth and welcome. A true gem. They listen to what you want and the results completely exceeded my expectations. My cut is exactly what I had in mind and the color is beautiful. I tried calling Studio 210 more than 15 times throughout the day today. I called the restaurant next door to see if their neighbors were open and the lady who answered said yes the owner is sitting outside on her phone. I went into the shop and the lady there was like "yeeeeah we don't pick up the phone and just let it ring. It's not my job, we're independent." I asked why? I wanted to make an appointment. And she said "you should have called directly to our cell numbers." ??????? What ?????? How god damn lazy do you have to be to not answer a single phone call, from a customer, TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY. I've used Studio 210 a few times before this, but needless to say I'm not coming back.
