Great selection of inventory but the customer service lacks a bit. If you’re not high level, elite fisherman, these guys seem very disinterested in the customer. Have not only experienced this myself but have watched this treatment to other customers while in the store. While other fishing stores in the Jax area may not have the same inventory, there are definitely much friendlier places to go.
The staff has a personality of a dead gold fish. Very uninviting environment in there. Nice selection unit you want a local feel and personal vibe this isn’t your store.
These guys are amazing! I have never been there before or spent any money with them. They treated me like I had been a lifetime customer! I will be back, they fixed my rod in 10 min. Thank you Strike Zone!
Dave Workman store has very line tight there . The advisor's he has working there seem they know what they are talking about. Very upbeat place to go and you can get all your fishing, hunting and cool clothes 😎. They have everything under the sun . I'm super happy to see this place grow over the years. It's definitely worth going to and spending your hard earned money 💰
Big shoutout to Tuna at Strike Zone/Strike King. My fishing pole broke and he hooked me up with a new one with no hassle. Great customer service, professional, and took care of me fast. Definitely appreciate the help and highly recommend dealing with him!”
