First session today with T.K. Great session! He was very professional and knowledgeable. The vibe was nice (even had good music playing.) Felt great afterwards. Can't wait for my next session.
This was the best decision I made for myself. With sciatica and neuropathy i get stiff muscles get tight. Plus with me working out and have incorporated band workouts my muscles are waking up after years.Michayla is awesome, she took the time to go over my medical history, after my session I'm walking better upright no pain.
Ernest is always professional and courteous. He is very engaging and helpful with providing after services maintenance with your stretch journey.
I've attended several Vender events at a few Stretch Zones across Jax & 5 stars across the board! It is pertinent to get a good stretch in especially as an avid fitness dweeb like myself, thank you for all that you do and your wonderful staff & the benefits you offer 🙌🏻
“My session at Stretch Zone was amazing! The guided stretches really loosened up my back, hips, and legs, and I felt lighter and more relaxed afterward. The staff made the experience comfortable and professional. I highly recommend Stretch Zone if you’re looking to release tension and take care of your body.”
