I have had 9 sessions of stretches and can honestly say I definitely feel better and more flexible. The staff here at the US 1 St Augustine location is well trained ,very competent. Also they have flexible hours 7days a week.
“I’ve had a great experience at Stretch Zone. Angie is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand your needs and customize each stretching session to help improve flexibility, mobility, and overall comfort. I noticed a difference after just a few visits, especially with stiffness and range of motion. The facility is clean, welcoming, and appointments are easy to schedule. I highly recommend Stretch Zone to anyone looking to move better and feel better.”
Stretching is changing my alignment back to “normal”. Brace is very attuned to body evaluation and pushes just far enough. Outstanding experience healing under Brace’s care.
I have stopped in a couple similar type businesses and this place sold me, Brace Markeith was my initial contact, and also the gentleman who ran me through my first stretch and at that point I was sold, he insisted that the rest of his staff had just as much knowledge as him, and would do an extremely good job !!!! excited about future results
Four sessions in so far and can really feel the difference in my hips. Matt is the best! I’d been thinking of doing Stretch for theee years and finally pulled the trigger. Glad I did! Just do it!
