I had a great experience working with William at Store Space. From the start, he was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out was how simple he made everything—even completing the application and reservation remotely was seamless and straightforward. William clearly walked me through all the details of the lease, how to access the unit, and the security features in place, so I felt completely comfortable and informed. Excellent customer service all around!
So far so good. I rented a 5x 10 First month free Only the $30 admin fee Climate control. I think it's only going to be about $53.00 after this 30 days. I have a lot of baby clothes to sell. And I needed a place to put them until I was ready to liquidate. I also have a lot of stuffed animals. I have five grandchildren. The youngest one is 4. So the liquidation of stuffed animals is also a thing . Rented it sight unseen, over the phone. So far I'm happy with everything.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The location is clean and air conditioned. I would recommend you his storage facility to anyone.
As soon as I made my reservation, William called and was amazing and patient about just giving me the rundown on any and everything I might need to know for my personal situation and storage unit. 10/10.
William is an angel! Had the worst experiance with Extraspace and decided to swith to storespace. Moving was hell in itself and when i got to storespace William made it such an easy transition! He navigated me through how to access my unit, where it was, and reassured me my experiance would be nothing like the horrible other storage units ive been with. WILLIAM YOU ARE AMAZING THANK YOU!
