I personally recommend finding a different Storage Facility company other than Store Space. These just keep raising prices on you after they get you in on special deals. They offer much better pricing than what you're stuck with after a year but then you can't talk to anyone to discuss. You can't get in touch with anyone on the phone for customer service and they don't call you back when you leave a voicemail. Finally reaching someone in sales transfers me to an automated payment number.... So bad
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. Vickie and Vicky was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly—she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I had exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this storage location and appreciate the excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again!
From the answering service (Vi) to the manager (Vicky Chris), this has been such a great painless experience! I moved storage units because I was being taken advantage of. This place is not only clean, but the service is fantastic.
Decided to rent a storage space at Store Space on 1195 Saint Johns Pkwy Jacksonville, FL. 32259. I was met by Vikki (Jersey girl) at the site and shown multiple storage space options that would suit my needs. The whole process of selecting a unit and processing the contract was painless. Very competitive pricing too. Vikki was the deciding factor I needed to rent with Store Space. Such a pleasure to deal with. 5 🌟’s to Vikki!
I’m very happy with my storage experience at Store Space Self Storage! Vickie was super informative, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend this storage facility—great service, clean units, and a welcoming atmosphere!
