Storage King USA

Paulina at the front desk is so kind, helpful, and thorough. I believe this business recently changed hands, and they have made a great choice with Paulina at the front! The rates are great, units are clean, and check in was fairly easy once on site - the online portion had some glitches but Paulina fixed them in about 5 minutes!

This storage facility is amazing. Paulinna was very informative about everything. Her personality is awesome even through my tough time i was going through which caused me to get this storage. Wonderful Wonderful person. And I will be recommending this place to friends

There is a customer representative named Paulinna she is amazing. She is at the location in Youngerman Circle in Jacksonville, FL. She helped me in a quick second of what I needed with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend her customer service you won’t be disappointed

Paulina did amazing today, super helpful and clear with all the terms and prices. I highly recommend her service and this business. make sure to add a second person as a back up for your unit. The negative reviews here dont align with the service but with personal problems.
