You guys, the STIX academy is so much more than just drum lessons!! Enrique, my teen’s instructor is profoundly patient, so encouraging, so full of life, meeting my teen exactly where they are and making them feel completely capable. Even in this brief period, I have seen growth in my kiddo. And I can tell they see and feel the care being poured out on their behalf. I love the mission!!! I love the heart. This is the kind of place Jacksonville needs for our youth and our Veterans - or anyone that could use a dose of Hope while learning to play the drums. Fascinatingly it was explained to me that drumming can truly be a form of therapy. Like EMDR or CBT. And my teen can already feel this when drumming. I love that this resource is out there now, for our Homeschool communities, and truly anyone that is considering or has been wanting to take up drumming. 🖤‼️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PROUD Parent of a S.T.I.X. Academy Student.
It's been great having S.T.I.X. added to the community! Every instructor cares so much about their mission and all of the students that enroll with them. They are all super professional. On top of thatthe co-founders really care about what they're building. It's a great cause to support!
Very professional and amazingly patient with beginners.
