Stewart and Stewart Landscaping was installing an irrigation system in the house next to me in Seven Pines. I asked the crew if they had cut a line because my internet went out. Their initial response was that they did not cut a line. I then looked at my property and found the cut wire. I showed them where they cut it. There second response was that ATT did not mark it correctly, which from the pictures the flags and orange paint run right overtop of where they cut it. Lastly, they asked me if the line was on my property as if I was at fault that the line was in their way and not on my property. The worker then proceeded to storm off and tell me to “not come at him like that.” This is completely unprofessional behavior and should be noted by the companies management. I tried calling before submitting a review but the phone number doesn’t work. All of this would have not been an issue if a simple sorry was presented instead of placing the blame on every body else. I hope the quality of work doesn’t match the professionalism.
We recently closed on a home, and while the buyers were moving in, they discovered water flooding the yard. We contacted JEA and Stewart & Stewart Landscaping to determine if it was an irrigation issue. Their team responded immediately, quickly located the leak in the irrigation valve box, and had it repaired within just a couple of hours. Thank you for the prompt service, courteous employees, and professional work. We truly appreciate how quickly you helped resolve the issue for our customers. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! They came out the same day and quickly identified and fixed the problem. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It’s a GEM to find a company that responds so quickly and delivers such high-quality work. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.
We requested to replace sod in our yard and it was replaced with dead sod. This is completely unacceptable and they refuse to come replace it. The pictures speak to the quality of this company’s work. I rarely post reviews but their work and customer service needs immediate attention and I hope this feedback helps other.
I have sprinkler system installed through ICI with this company in Tamaya . Line broke in 10-12 days of installation with huge water bill and repair . ICI doesn’t cover in warranty for irrigation workmanship, I believe it’s poor workmanship as it happened within 10 days and it happened at the irrigation line . Wanted to put forth my experience so that future customers are aware of this Irrigation company
