Dropped my family's account after 2 years and suggested to "take our returns/business elsewhere". This accountant was offended in an email that was asking for additional details on the rising cost of his services from the prior years filing. He misinterpreted the email and took it as we were inferring he was charging for services not provided which was not the case. An unfortunate situation that could have gone a totally different way but in the end a very unprofessional act from this accountant and personally would not recommend.
John, Alice and the rest of the team are like family… highly recommend if looking for a knowledgeable CPA service with personalized relationship.
Graet service and very professional staff.
