I went to this property after being referred by a sister property to advocate for one of my clients do to no one never answers the phone there. Once I was allowed to enter into the office area as I approached the office I noticed a child running into another room, and there was a lady at the desk appeared like she haven’t slept for days wearing a black hooded jacket and the office smelled like animals and cigarette smoke together, I assumed that it was a tenant watching the office for the property manager. Mistakenly I was wrong, after I asked who was the manager there she stated that she is was the property manager , I asked for her name she stated, Brittany. She stated , that they don’t answer their phones because it’s a four year waiting period. I asked for the corporate number because of her unprofessionalism and rudeness she stated that she did not have to give me that information, with an attitude and grab her keys. She made a statement that she wanted me to leave, and it was unnecessary for me to ask for corporate number , I told her I would gladly do so and this place is disgusting, and it needs to be clean up! As soon as I walked inside the front lobby the area rug was dirty and covered with trash. FYI, I was able to contact the Better Business Bureau. Waiting on a response.

No parking area no outside area to. Enjoy. No security . High crime area. No additional services offered.No up keep of building full of people. Office hardly ever open live there 13 yrs was Historical Building great management company Cambridge Shame on your non up keep of normal repairs nasty carpets indepent living for seniors. No children. Problems getting deposit back by former residents 6 still trying pictures & vedio. Can't keep a manger. I moved out love. We're I move to Advice. Find out who manges. The Apts.
