Last year, I got my first crown ever. I did not know what to expect and there was lingering pain which I thought would resolve itself. It never did. At my regular checkup, I explained the pain to my dentist who said I needed a root canal. I have never had one of those either and got really freaked out. I called Dr. Stevens's office and they were able to see me that day for a consult. Dr. Stevens's staff was very helpful and kind. They still have my records from a consult appointment I had decades before. Dr. Stevens was awesome. He really took his time when examining my tooth, x-rays, etc. We scheduled the root canal for the next week. The root canal procedure went very smoothly, the crown was saved and he filled everything in very nicely. No more pain! Very professional, efficient, and patient-centered. I highly recommend Dr. Stevens and his wonderful staff.
The staff here are very good. They get your info and before you know it, they are asking you to come back for your appointment. The whole office is clean and pleasant. The doctor did a root canal and all I ever felt was a little prick of the first shot! It was amazing. Highly recommend. Absolutely!!!❤️
I had such a great experience with Dr. Barry Stevens and his amazing team! Going to an endodontist isn’t exactly something you look forward to, but Dr. Stevens made the whole process smooth, quick, and surprisingly comfortable. A special shoutout to his assistant Samantha. She made everything feel relaxed and welcoming! The front office staff were wonderful too... very friendly, organized, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. If you need an endodontist in Jacksonville, I highly recommend Dr. Stevens and his team. They were able to see me quickly whereas other clinics told me I had to wait over two weeks.
Dr. Stevens' office went out of their way to work me in for an emergency root canal on a Friday, so I would not be in pain over the weekend. Upon examination my tooth was too damaged to be saved with a root canal and needed to be extracted. They made several calls and were able to get me into another practice within 30 minutes to do the extraction. I appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure I received the proper care as quickly as possible. I'm now pain free and very grateful. Thank you!
The care I received from Dr Stevens and his team was far beyond what I expected. As a patient, I am faithful to my care providers and have been with the same dentist for decades. But Dr Stevens and his staff went above and beyond to care for me. I would choose him as my regular dentist if he was in that field. However, I am grateful for someone of his skill and compassion for these more complicated needs. I cannot say enough good about Dr Stevens and his team. Cheryl Gonzales
