I couldn’t recommend a better agent than Steve and Beth Walt. They helped me with the sale of my home and when I say it was no easy sale I mean it. Anything that could have gone wrong at the property did and trying to get the financing approval almost seemed impossible. Steve and Beth’s knowledge and expertise helped me map through the struggle and their support alone made a big difference. He answered every time I called and always messaged me back right away. There is no way I could have made the sale happen without them. When someone else might have dropped me due to the difficulty, Steve and Beth never failed to stay positive and keep me on the path and keep the sale on track. They made it happen and I could not ask for a better duo in my corner. I would highly recommend Steve and Beth if you’re thinking of selling or buying. You couldn’t ask for anyone better!
