  We decided to purchase a home in St. Augustine, Florida, and were connected with Stefanie Bernstein through a referral from our North Carolina realtor via the Berkshire Hathaway network. Looking back, we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. From the very beginning, Stefanie was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, provided detailed information on the homes we were interested in, and coordinated several days of showings for us. Once we found the home that felt right, Stefanie expertly guided us through making an offer and negotiating the purchase. What impressed us most, however, was everything she did after the contract was signed. She coordinated inspections, worked diligently with the seller’s agent to address concerns that came up during the due diligence period, and kept us informed every step of the way. As we moved closer to closing, Stefanie became the driving force that kept everything moving forward. She coordinated through us with the lender, communicated with all parties involved, and worked tirelessly to ensure deadlines were met and issues were resolved. There were times when it felt like she was personally carrying the entire transaction across the finish line. Buying a home from out of state can be stressful, but Stefanie made the experience smooth, organized, and surprisingly enjoyable. More importantly, she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and making sure the process was successful from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work, professionalism, and dedication.
