Steadfast Notary LLC | Mobile Notary | Melvin Lugo

We moved from Louisiana to Florida and needed to close on our house in Louisiana and we didn't know what notary to choose. We found Melvin and man did he make everything so easy and seamless. He printed out the paper since we didn't even have our printer set up yet because we just moved. He even FedExed the packet to our closing attorneys for us. Everything about the experience was five-stars.

I have used Melvin with Steadfast notary for at least 5 real estate closings. He is the ultimate professional. He is always prepared and ready to answer any questions my customers or I may have. He speaks Spanish and ASL which is very helpful with specific customers. You couldn’t find a friendlier and more helpful notary in town!

Steadfast is a professional mobile notary service. Melvin provided a safe closing for our buyers and sellers coming to the home they were transferring. I am a professional realtor and I expect professionalism even with off-site closings! He is diligent; careful with the documents and has a good "bed-side" manner for sensitive or personal documents. He literally has an office in his truck so he was able to scan the documents back to the lender before he drove to his next signing appointment. This allowed for the file to fund more speedily than the usual mobile notary that has to drive back to the office to scan everything into the lender and title! Steadfast is very fast, efficient and professional! Will use them again for sure. Highly Recommended!!

Melvin went out of his way to come after hours to make sure we got our closing in before midnight. He was very courteous and professional. He also was very organized and was able to take care of us in a very timely manner. I would recommend him highly to anyone young or old.👍
