Very very upset and frustrated with the Callahan office. My husband was finally ready to get the mental health he needs. We went in for an initial evaluation as we were told it was walk in only after trying to make an appointment. When we got there we were told the whole process would take about 2 hours. However we were left in the waiting room for 4 hours with out any updates. When we asked the front desk for ETA we were told they did not know how much longer. After 4 hours of waiting we ended up leaving with out any help for my husband. This is very worrisome for anyone in a mental health crisis and dangerous. We will not be returning.
If I could give them no star, I would I first went there and got my first therapist Cynthia. She was great second therapist Barry. He made me question life every appointment.. made me hate talking so I left thankfully he is gone too, now even trying to get back in with them and intake has been a complete nightmare they are so understaffed they don’t know how to schedule their workers get it together please people are coming to you for help and getting stonewall.
Rudest people you'll ever meet in your life. Would never refer anyone here. So unprofessional. Will remove this company from my donation lists moving forward. If this is how you treat people, I want no part in that.
I thought this was a good place. They won't renew my medication until 2 months after I'm out. Why stay on them and go thru the misery? I'll just do me and raw dawg life again. They obviously don't care. Keep not helping people, that's what you're good at. Good job......
I would explain how horrible of an experience I had but it looks like this is a trend for this establishment! I would hate if this was my only option . Praying for those that don’t have the choice
